I offer Executive Function Skills coaching for teens and adults.
What is executive function?
Executive function is a set of skills that helps us accomplish what we need to do and want to do.
Executive function skills can be strengthened with training, practice, and support.
Executive function is called the brain's "Air Traffic Control System."
Executive function skills help us regulate emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.
How does the coaching process work?

We'll collaborate to identify your immediate priorities, needs, and long-term and short-term goals.

We'll work together to identify your strengths, areas of challenge, and learning and working styles.
3.
We'll partner to create an individualized plan to help you meet your goals.

I'll offer you helpful, practical, evidence-based tools and strategies you can use to help you meet your goals.
4.
We'll create daily, weekly, and long-term schedules so that you can manage your time effectively.
5.
We'll have regular check-ins by text, email, phone, or in person for motivation, support, and addressing what's working and what we might change or add to help you.
